Responsibility: Through various activities and responsibilities, participants learn to accept responsibility for their actions and fulfill obligations.

Financial Literacy: Students will learn the basics of personal money management and cash flow. They will understand the financial requirements for living in the real world, how to avoid bad debt, and how to make money work for them.
L - Leadership

Leadership Skills: Students will collaborate in group projects and activities to develop leadership qualities and negotiation and decision-making skills.

Communication: Students will improve their self-talk, learn about different communication styles to communicate more effectively with others, and be better equipped for conflict resolution.
P - Personal Growth

Character Development: Building integrity and respectfulness through ethical behavior and positive interactions with others.

Resilience and Growth Mindset: Students will learn the power of having a growth mindset to face and overcome challenges and enhance their adaptability, perseverance, and resiliency.
